Jharkhand Update (1st April 2026) – प्रगति, अवसर और अगला लक्ष्य
Jharkhand में Digital Learning और Placement Program लगातार आगे बढ़ रहा है और हाल के
आँकड़े यह दिखाते हैं कि राज्य के learners और VLEs दोनों ही
शानदार प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। यह समय है इस momentum
को और तेज़ करने का, ताकि अधिक से अधिक युवाओं को लाभ मिल सके।
📊 वर्तमान स्थिति (1st April 2026 तक)
👉 Registered Learners
अब तक कुल 2441 learners
रजिस्टर हो
चुके हैं, जो 30 मार्च के 2383
से बढ़कर एक
सकारात्मक संकेत देता है।
👉 Skilled Learners
1511 learners ने skill training पूरी कर ली है (पहले 1464), जो training
completion rate में सुधार दर्शाता है।
👉 Placement Submitted for Verification
717 learners के placement documents verification के लिए submit किए गए हैं (पहले 701), लेकिन यहाँ अभी और गति की जरूरत है।
👉 Verified & Accepted Learners
सबसे महत्वपूर्ण आंकड़ा—229
learners successfully verify और accept हो चुके हैं, जो पहले 154
था। यह एक बड़ा jump है और सफलता की दिशा में मजबूत कदम है।
📈 क्या समझ आता है इन आंकड़ों से?
- Registration और training दोनों में steady growth है
- Placement submission हो रहा है, लेकिन verification तक
पहुंचने में gap है
- Verified learners की संख्या तेजी से बढ़ रही है—यही final

🎯 VLEs के लिए जरूरी Action Plan
👉 1. Placement Documents जल्दी
Upload करें
जितनी जल्दी documents upload होंगे, उतनी जल्दी verification होगा और earnings भी बढ़ेंगी।
👉 2. Incomplete Cases को Complete करें
कई learners ऐसे होते हैं
जिनका process बीच में अटका
रहता है—उन्हें priority दें।
👉 3. Daily Follow-Up करें
Learners से contact में रहें,
ताकि documents delay न हो।
👉 4. Verification तक Push करें
सिर्फ placement तक नहीं, बल्कि verification
complete करवाना ही असली goal है।

- हर VLE अगर daily 2–3 cases verification तक
पहुंचाए
- Pending cases को clear किया जाए
- Team work और coordination बढ़ाया
